HIVE a Nice Day
Lake Geneva, WI — 2026
A permanent mosaic installation on the stair risers of The HIVE artisan collective, featuring dark purple mirror tiles, golden honeybees, and the signature "HIVE a Nice Day" message. oN State provided 50% of materials as a promotional investment and trained HIVE collaborators to participate in the installation.
The project anchors a broader 2026 strategy to position The HIVE as Lake Geneva's premier cultural destination — including a signature disco ball bee sculpture at the storefront entrance.
The Disco Bee

A sculptural mirrored bee — part disco ball, part mascot — designed to hang at the storefront entrance and serve as an unmistakable landmark for The HIVE. When lit, it scatters light across the stairwell and hallway, creating a moment that pedestrians can't walk past without stopping.
This is the kind of signature piece that defines a neighborhood's cultural identity — and gives every vendor inside The HIVE a story to tell.
